Our Bond Back Guarantee means that if your property manager or real estate agent raises a cleaning related issue as part of the final inspection, we will return to rectify the reported items at no additional cost, provided the following conditions are met:

The clean is for an end-of-lease and the property is vacant at the time of cleaning

Any issues are reported in writing by the agent within 72 hours of the final inspection

The property has not been re-occupied or altered after the clean

Utilities (power and water) are connected and available at the time of cleaning

The issue relates solely to cleaning, not fair wear and tear, damage, maintenance, pest activity, or items outside the agreed scope of work.
This guarantee is limited to re-cleaning only and does not cover bond disputes, compensation, or repairs.
